This model uses the same basic assembly as the electric motor, mounted on a base plate that also carries a 120 mm hand-drive pulley coupled to the smaller dynamo pulley by a rubber belt. Electrical output is taken via a pair of 4 mm sockets, and a light-emitting diode is provided as a simple output indicator. The model can also be run as a motor from a 4 to 8 V DC supply.
