This polishing machine is suitable for polishing a specimen that has been ground, producing a very smooth surface so the metallographic structure can be observed and measured under a microscope. The double-disc polisher has an 8" disc table top with continuously variable speed and a fully moulded FRP body with an easy disc-change arrangement. The quick-change disc design lets discs with different emery papers/polishing cloths be used in the desired steps.
