A simple demonstration dynamo model mounted on a plastic base, hand-driven through a gear. Its simplified open-frame construction can be readily understood without losing its essential similarity to a real machine. A 2-pole armature wound with enamelled copper wire rotates within the field, and as it is turned by hand through the gear wheel, the bulb provided glows. Supplied with a spare belt.
