A double-walled unit with the outer body made of mild-steel sheet treated for degreasing and rust-proofing, suitably powder-coated, and the inner chamber made of 304-grade stainless-steel sheet with adjustable stainless-steel wire-mesh shelves. The space between the inner chamber and outer wall is filled with high-grade mineral wool for minimal heat loss. The double-walled door has a moulded rubber/fibre gasket. The unit has ventilation slides on two sides to control inner air/vapour circulation. It is fitted with beaded heating elements placed in ribs at the base and sides for uniform heat distribution, and is provided with two lights and an ON/OFF switch. Operates on 220/230 V AC supply.
