Lab Equipment Tenders: Supply and Documentation Support

LabExports supplies goods for lab equipment tenders run by ministries, state colleges, hospitals and donor-funded projects. Which lab equipment tenders we support

We are a supplier, not a buying agent. We do not claim to be registered or pre-approved on any government portal. If a tender requires a locally registered bidder, that bidder can request spec sheets and quotations from us for the items they plan to offer.

Tender documentation we can prepare

A strong bid depends on clear papers. For lab equipment tenders we can prepare:

  • Technical specification sheets for each line item. Each sheet lists the model, size, materials, range and parts. The evaluator can then check it against the tender spec.
  • Compliance tables that set the tender's required spec beside what we offer, line by line.
  • Itemised quotations laid out to match the bill of quantities (BOQ). State the Incoterm the tender requires in your request, and check it on the quote.
  • Bid paperwork such as packing lists; state any format the tender requires in your request.

When you review any bid, check that each claimed standard appears on the spec sheet for that item. Read the compliance table line by line for any gap against the tender spec.

What to send us with a tender request

The faster we get the full picture, the more time you have to check our reply. Please send:

  1. The tender reference and the name of the buying body.
  2. The BOQ or item list, with the quantity for each line and the tender's own spec text.
  3. The delivery country and the final site or port, since this sets freight and packing.
  4. The closing date and any date by which you need our papers.
  5. The Incoterm and any packing needs the tender sets, such as labelling per site.
  6. Any forms you must use, such as a price schedule or a manufacturer's authorisation form.

Export shipping for tender orders

Tender orders ship from India by sea or air freight, with export papers such as the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. Glassware is packed for long transit. If the tender needs goods packed or labelled per school, lab or site, say so in your request and confirm it on the quote. Per-site packing makes checking on delivery easier.
