Comprises a machined aluminium table 40 cm in diameter. Its raised edge carries a scale graduated through 360 degrees, mounted on a vertical support rod with a base fitted with levelling screws. The body under study is a ring at the centre of the table, held by cords passing over four pulleys attached to the table.

Comes with four pulleys, four weight hangers and twelve weights: 2 x 10 g, 2 x 20 g, 4 x 50 g and 4 x 100 g.
