Our incubator shakers are double-walled, convection-heated and cooled units. The outer body is built from thick PCRC sheet, pre-treated with primer and anti-rust coating and finished in durable stove enamel or powder coating. The inner chamber is made of heavy-gauge SS-304 stainless steel sheet, and the gap between the walls is packed with high-grade mineral glass wool for maximum thermal efficiency. The unit has two doors: an inner door of thick plexiglass/float glass for viewing samples without disturbing the chamber temperature, fitted with a magnetic door closer, and an outer door of mild steel sheet lined internally with stainless steel.
