The inner chamber is made of thick 304/316-grade stainless steel and the jacket of rolled stainless steel. The single door is made of rolled steel lined with stainless-steel sheet and has a radial-locking system. All units are hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. It is fitted with a water-level indicator, safety valve, pressure gauge, and water-inlet and drain valves. The unit is also fitted with a low-water cut-off device and an automatic pressure-control device. The space between the outer cover (made of thick rolled-steel sheet) and the steam jacket is filled with mineral wool. The boiler is made of thick stainless-steel sheet and is located beneath the sterilizer. Two separate valves are provided for releasing steam from the inner chamber and the jacket as required. The sterilizing cycle is controlled through a multi-port valve or three-way valve. The unit has a dial thermometer and an automatic vacuum breaker. Available in various standard and custom sizes, and operates on 440 V, 3-phase AC supply.
