Double-walled construction: the inner chamber is made of stainless steel and the outer chamber of mild steel with a powder coating. The gap between the two walls is filled with high-grade glass-wool insulation. Temperature is controlled by a thermostat, with a range from 5°C above ambient to 60°C.
