The Ro-Tap sieve shaker reproduces the circular and tapping motion given to test sieves during hand sieving. The uniform, mechanical action ensures accurate and consistent testing. Using the standard 20 cm diameter sieves, one sample can be tested on a series of six sieves of different apertures in a single operation of the machine. The Ro-Tap sieve shaker is simply and solidly built and is driven by an FHP motor; the running parts operate in oil. The machine is easily installed and requires no special foundation. Test sieves are supplied at extra cost. A timer adjustable from 0 to 1 hour is provided.
